When my mother was younger, she always told me stories about her little gray poodle named Missy. Sadly, her companion passed away after accidentally ingesting a bottle of rat poison. I wanted to give my mother something to remind her of all the good times they shared.

When I first spotted this individual, I couldn't tell if he was homeless or getting through a strenuous day on the job. However, what captivated me was his drive to keep moving forward. He ignored the hills and the sun blistering down on him. With sweat beading down his face, his sole expression was determination, and nothing was going to stop him from finishing out the day.
