Miko Kuro's Midnight Tea
Teatro de Psychomachia
Seattle, WA 10.29.2011

Miko Kuro's Midnight Tea, is an underground art happening which began as a monthly community event in downtown Vancouver. Participants, guests, featured artists, and MKMT staff collaborate to co-create a magical once-in-a-lifetime event. Each tea event is videotaped and photographed as part of a feature-length documentary and exhibition books. The project in it's entirety is the conceptual art of Natasha Marin, who seeks to create anti-exclusive art experiences that honor the tradition of the Japanese Tea Ceremony.
